Participants in Chef Cindy Salvato's "Shopping Federal Hill" tour and those who know her history as one of America's best cooking teachers have been clamoring for her to offer classes to the public -- and the wait is over! Cindy's Cooking Studio will be a unique experience.

Really good food doesn't happen by accident. Join these classes to learn about the best ingredients and essential techniques to create fantastic meals. Great cooks know the difference and pay careful attention to what goes into their food. Chef Salvato, the 2003 IACP International Cooking Teacher of the Year Finalist, will teach you the fine art of cooking in an intimate environment. Come and learn a recipe or technique and go home to create a masterpiece.

PAYMENT POLICY
Via PayPal, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In the Checkout process, you'll be directed to PayPal to pay for your order. You don't need to set up a PayPal account to use it, but it's easy to do. PayPal transactions are safe and secure.

We also accept payment via check. You'll be instructed to send check your to RI Market Tours, PO Box 19730, Johnston, RI 02919. Check must be received within 5 business days or your reservation will be canceled. Any returned check will incur a $25.00 returned check fee. The fee and check must be paid by credit card and, if not paid, your reservation will be canceled and your account will be billed.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cooking Classes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another date. If you can't make your class date, give your spot to a friend. We reserve the right to cancel the class if the minimum number of people is not met. In the rare event that the class is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or have an option to reschedule a date, whichever you prefer.
